You don’t know me, but we just completed our 4-day foam training in late May of this year. It was a fantastic class with a great info and presentations, but the best was the staff that you have. The overall atmosphere of you and your staff is very relaxed and easy to learn and ask questions in. We love the support and info from my rep Pete.

The real reason why I am emailing is to give you a testimonial/ feedback on James Kuhn. I am only 36 and have been running our second-generation company for 12 year now. Grow from 2-15 employees in the past 5 years and it is directly bc I have employees like James.

From start to finish top-notch knowledge and dedication to training us like we would be a crew of his own company. We learned more in a 3-day period than we could have learned in 5 year of trial and error on our own. You of course know this, but the key to our learning is the have a trainer that has had years of experience but the most valuable was that James has run his own company.

When I decided to invest in our own foam rig and company, I knew I wouldn’t be spraying but needed one of my best current employees to be trained to do so.

I am 100% confident in the training we received, and I am sure this will be a very profitable investment for us. James suited right up, helped us load barrels, went over things 2-3 times if we needed and we never once felt rushed. I offered to take him to dinner with my wife and kids each night (bc we live in a camper as our new house isn’t complete) and he said that he had customers to call and email back. I wish I had that type of dedication in my crew leaders.

For me personally, learning about the business owner aspect of a foam company was the most important. James would come in early, stay late, return midnight emails etc to make sure I was ready for curve balls in this new business. I mentioned a lot of off basis questions and issues we see in running a construction company, and James and I together would work through those same mock issue as it pertains to a foam company.

As I tell all of my employees when they interview, “I want to build a company around our team.” Well, my friend, you have an extremely strong team and I like to point out those top performers when I see them.

I have no doubt, once we finally decide on a name for this company, it will take off and I will be in touch about a second and third rig.
